Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
Vegetable oil for frying
Optional toppings: powdered sugar, glaze, sprinkles
Instructions
1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and butter.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients into a dough.
4. Roll out and cut into rings.
5. Heat oil to 375°F and fry rings until golden.
6. Drain on paper towels.
7. Add desired toppings.
Notes
Dough can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
