Ingredients
1/2 cucumber, sliced
Handful of mint leaves
1 lemon, sliced or juiced
1 inch fresh ginger
1/2 avocado
1 cup berries
1 cup coconut water
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale
1 small green apple
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp lavender
Honey or agave (optional)
Instructions
1. Slice cucumber and combine with mint and lemon in a water pitcher. Let infuse for 1 hour.
2. Steep ginger in water for 5 minutes; add lemon juice and cayenne.
3. Blend pineapple with coconut water and strain.
4. Make green smoothie: spinach, kale, apple, lemon juice, coconut water.
5. Blend berries with avocado, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey.
6. Steep lavender and lemon zest in hot water, chill and serve over ice.
Notes
Infuse ingredients overnight for stronger flavor.
Chill drinks before serving for the most refreshing experience.
Adjust cayenne to taste based on spice preference.
Use fresh over frozen where possible for optimal nutrition.
