Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional for topping)
2 tbsp butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
3. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, broth, and softened cream cheese. Pour over the chicken.
4. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours until the chicken is tender.
5. Shred chicken with two forks and stir to coat with sauce.
6. Top with cheddar cheese, cover for 5 minutes to melt.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
You can substitute cream of mushroom for a different twist.
Add spinach, broccoli, or jalapeños for extra flavor.
Use homemade ranch seasoning for a healthier version.
