Ingredients
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp raw honey
1 cup warm water
Instructions
1. Add warm water (not boiling) into a glass.
2. Stir in apple cider vinegar.
3. Add lemon juice and grated ginger.
4. Mix in the raw honey until dissolved.
5. Stir thoroughly and drink fresh.
Notes
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
Use a straw to protect tooth enamel.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes if you prefer it chilled.
