½ cup unsalted butter

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Pudding Layer:

1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

For the Whipped Cream Topping:

1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream (cold)

¼ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Garnishes:

Chocolate curls or shavings

Chopped pecans or walnuts

Chocolate drizzle

Instructions

1. Mix crushed Oreo crumbs with melted butter until well combined.

2. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill while preparing the filling.

3. Melt chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.

4. Remove from heat, whisk in sugar, eggs, cocoa, and vanilla until creamy.

5. Pour over crust and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until set. Cool completely.

6. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Spread evenly over cooled chocolate base.

7. In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

8. Spread or pipe over pudding layer.

9. Add garnishes of choice (chocolate curls, nuts, drizzle).

10. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
