Ingredients
1 medium cucumber, sliced
10 fresh mint leaves, bruised
1 lemon or lime, sliced
1-inch fresh ginger, sliced (optional)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
1 liter filtered cold water
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Wash and slice cucumber and lemon/lime.
2. Lightly bruise mint leaves.
3. Fill a large pitcher with filtered water.
4. Add cucumber, mint, citrus, ginger, ACV, and cayenne.
5. Refrigerate and infuse 1–8 hours.
6. Serve over ice and enjoy!
Notes
Infuse overnight for deeper flavor.
Refill water once using same ingredients.
Add berries or coconut water for a twist.
