Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 green onions, sliced
1 head butter lettuce
Instructions
1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add ground chicken; cook and crumble until fully browned.
4. Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce; simmer for 2–3 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
6. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
You can add shredded carrots, chopped water chestnuts, or sriracha for extra texture and heat. Make this gluten-free by using tamari instead of soy sauce.
