Ingredients
2 cups cornflakes (slightly crushed)
1 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
½ cup sugar (white or brown)
½ cup honey (or maple syrup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
A pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Lightly crush cornflakes in a large bowl.
2. In a saucepan, heat peanut butter, sugar, honey, and salt over low heat until smooth.
3. Stir in vanilla extract.
4. Pour mixture over cornflakes and stir until coated.
5. Scoop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Press chocolate chips on top if desired.
7. Cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Notes
Don’t over-crush the cornflakes; keep some whole for crunch.
Use natural peanut butter for a healthier twist.
Drizzle melted chocolate for extra shine.
