Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, divided
2 packages (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
½ cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9×13 dish and chill for 10 minutes.
2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping.
3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over crust.
4. In another bowl, whisk pistachio pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
5. Spread pudding over cream cheese layer.
6. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
7. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing.
