Ingredients
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a saucepan, melt cream cheese and heavy cream over low heat.
3. Stir in cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Add shredded chicken and broccoli; mix until coated.
5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
6. Top with Parmesan and extra cheddar if desired.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Freeze unbaked for up to 2 months.
