Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream (optional, for creaminess)
1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for pan-cooking)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: sliced avocado, lettuce, salsa, jalapeños, sautéed onions or peppers
Instructions
1. Mix cooked chicken with salt, pepper, and mayo or sour cream if using.
2. Lay one tortilla flat. Sprinkle cheese evenly, top with chicken, and roll tightly.
3. Heat oil or butter in skillet over medium heat.
4. Place wrap seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
5. Slice diagonally and serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Warm tortillas to prevent cracking.
