Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
2. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush evenly over the dough.
3. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the dough. Top with Italian seasoning.
4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.
5. Sprinkle with parsley, slice into breadsticks, and serve warm with marinara or ranch.
Notes
Don’t overbake to avoid drying out the breadsticks.
Mix cheddar or provolone with mozzarella for extra cheesy flavor.
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy touch.
