Alternate adding dry mixture and milk until smooth. Bake cupcakes or mini cakes until golden and set. Cool completely. - Make the Buttercream:
Beat butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing on low. Add cream to reach desired consistency. Tint portions of buttercream with gel food coloring for petals, leaves, and centers. - Pipe the Flowers:

Serve as a centerpiece or gift guests can pluck a “flower” and enjoy.
Tips for Perfect Cake Flowers

- Mix different flower types for a realistic bouquet look.
Serving & Storage
- Best enjoyed the day they’re made for maximum freshness.
- Store in a cool place (not the fridge, to prevent condensation on buttercream).
